The key to working this shirt properly is to give it a nice cool wash and air dry on the first go round.  After that, a regular washing and either a medium or low dry would be great (avoid a high dry or prolonged drying cycle).

After a few washings, the image will begin to breathe and you'll be on your way to an awesome shirt.
